1. What do I need to rent a vehicle?

To rent a vehicle as a private individual, you must present a valid ID card and driver’s license. A legal entity (company) must provide an extract from the Commercial Register (an electronic version is sufficient) along with the driver’s valid ID card and driver’s license.

2. What is the minimum age for a driver?

The minimum age for a driver is 21 years. If you are under 21, we can make an exception for a one-time fee of €50.

3. Can I travel abroad with the vehicle?

Yes, you can travel with the vehicle to all countries within the European Union. Trips outside the EU are subject to individual pricing.

4. When will my deposit be refunded?

The vehicle deposit is refunded immediately after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
